Quanjude, one of China's best-known roast duck restaurant chains, opened a new branch in Beijing's Wangfujing area in September.
The decor of the two-floor restaurant is inspired by traditional Chinese culture. The first floor is rose-themed and is designed for couples and lovers, while the second floor is a peony-themed banquet hall for weddings.
Art pieces and multimedia technology, including the front-projected holographic display, are set in the restaurant to bring diners an immersive dining experience.
Besides traditional dishes, the new branch provides new dishes that are designed for young customers and combine traditional Chinese culture with modern presentation.
